A Forgotten Population

Pat Deegan and others across Massachusetts have discovered "A Forgotten Population" of Former Patients of Massachusetts State Hospitals and other Institutions, who lie buried in Potters Fields throughout the state.

They need your support to pass legislation which will require the Commonwealth to "Do the Right Thing" and care for cemeteries which have been in use from the early 1800s until recently. Let us all join forces and remember these lost and forgotten souls!

This is a story brought about by research carried out by The Danvers State Memorial Committee, ex-patients of Massachusetts State Hospitals.
