My years as a clinician and educator have taught me that keeping our eyes open to the many sides of anxiety is vital for our growth and development. We can find ways to befriend our anxiety and use it as a catalyst for change, instead of staying in the shadows and marinating in toxic, frenetic and dark emotions.
My TedX talk reveals my own lifelong, messy rumble with anxiety and how it’s translated into deeper insights, connection and meaning in my life. If you want the full backstory, pick up a copy of Mentalligence or take my free Mentalligence quiz.
