Support Group for Peer Program Leaders

Facilitating a Connection Group or teaching a Peer-to-Peer class can be tough. Some days are better than others. Are you:

  • Dealing with difficult participants
  • Feeling overwhelmed by other’s stories
  • Unable to decompress
  • Thinking of quitting
  • Losing members
  • Confused by materials
  • In need of inspiration
  • Feeling that you’re not making a difference (you are!)

Burnout is real. NAMI Massachusetts here to support you. Announcing support for NAMI Connection support group facilitators and Peer-to-Peer teachers.

Support groups will meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays and the 2nd Saturday of the month on zoom. Open to current and returning facilitators and teachers.
