Peer Support Groups

The Cambridge Women’s Center is a physical and digital community space open to anyone for whom woman is a meaningful identifier or lived experience. Woman’s DRA (Dual Recovery Anonymous)
The FIRST Dual Recovery Anonymous meeting that is only for women! We are extremely excited to offer this. Dual Recovery Anonymous is a 12-step self-help program for men and women in recovery with a dual diagnosis.

Women’s Group
The Women’s group provides a haven for women who feel more comfortable participating in share/care sessions made up of women only. The female-only environment is often conducive to the discussion of topics specific to women, but a wide range of subjects may be covered depending on the group’s needs and interests. Meeting for Women
A support group for anyone who is dealing with substance use, mental health concerns, disordered eating, and any other quality of life concerns. New Beginnings – Women’s Book Discussion Group
This Women’s Book Discussion Group will explore different themes including self-esteem, friendship, relationships, spirituality and hope. Topics will be selected from the book by Melody Beattle, “The Language of Letting Go” and “Each Day a New Beginning” by Karen Casey. Participants will be invited to listen and share their common experiences, struggles and strengths. This group is a great way for women to connect through recovery! Meets Tuesdays on Zoom.
